This beautiful couple had an expanded elopement with a separate portrait session last weekend. It was FREEZING in Portland, but it was a wonderful day, nonetheless. One year ago, they had their first date at the Union restaurant at the Press Hotel. This year, they met back up at the Union for their first look and a pre-marriage champagne toast.
I am so honored to have been a part of this day - not only because they are fun and stylish and allowed me to get a lot of incredible images - but because I got to document the creation of a new family!
I love love.
The wedding was at Urban Farm Fermentory and was witnessed by a really fun group of stylish family and friends. Their custom drink was called "The Union" and was crafted by the Fermentory! Their cake and cupcakes were so good that seconds (and I think I saw a third) were had.
Corrie wore a beautiful tea length dress that complimented her romantic blue shoes and her incredible yellow diamond engagement ring. Her flowers were in the rich colors of late fall with some jewel tones bringing in that romantic winter feel. We hopped around the city, taking breaks to warm up in the car, and visiting all of the locations that are meaningful to Corrie and Jonathan's love story. From Union, to the Longfellow Square area, to the waterfront there the Bagheera departed - can you even tell that it was miserably cold?

Happy marriage, Corrie and Jonathan! It was incredible.
